Grounded in the desert, Dreamy Draw Festival makes a return for a third year. Save the dates for November 7th-8th as the festival takes place in Scottsdale, Arizona. The highly anticipated lineup was not a disappointment upon release. While still maintaining the heart of Americana, and country, the festival this year broadened its genre of sound.
It’s not only soothing tunes under the stars this year. The lineup is packed with artists who are sure to promise an unforgettable experience. Headliners, The Lumineers, and Vampire Weekend will leave all desert dust unsettled. A blend of rustic folk, and indie rock. Both bring heartfelt melodies and intricate arrangements that teeter on genre-bending. Thee Sacred Souls draw sounds that will teleport you back to the 1950s-1970s. The group's retro vibe also expands, incorporating influences from various regional soul styles like Chicano, Philly, Chicago, Memphis, and Panama soul. They create a nostalgic yet fresh experience for listeners. The excitement still carries with Father John Misty. Who is known for his folk rock style, satirical lyrics, and eccentric performances. Finishing off the tier of headliners is Marcus King. His voice is bluesy. While his band brings elements of psychedelic guitar licks.
The excitement of power performers doesn’t end there. Local Natives and Saint Motel go head-to-head with bringing thrilling indie-rock and chamber pop to the stages. Pop continues to drip with California singer, Ashe. Recently, the singer paired up with artist Finneas to create a power duo called The Favors. Artist Izzy Mahoubi will also be taking the stage. The singer has been performing around the state of Arizona since an early age. With a voice so unmistakable, with raw talent, you’ll want to be sure to catch her set!
